Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using BeInsured, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms may be updated from time to time — continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
What BeInsured is
BeInsured is a study and practice platform for the Canadian LLQP exam. It is not a licensed educational institution, does not issue accreditation, and is not affiliated with any provincial insurance regulator, CISRO, FSRA, RIBO, or the AMF. Using BeInsured does not fulfil the accredited pre-licensing course requirement.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent the free test limit.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid subscriptions provide access to premium practice tests and exam simulation. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds on completed subscription periods, but please contact us if you have a concern.
Intellectual property
All content on BeInsured — including questions, explanations, study notes, flashcards, and code — is owned by Infinity Digital and its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform.
Disclaimer
BeInsured provides practice content in good faith, but makes no guarantee that using the platform will result in passing the LLQP exam. Content may not reflect the most current exam curriculum. Always cross-reference with your official pre-licensing course materials and provincial regulator guidance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Digital and BeInsured are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
